In 2002, Maison Sichel bought a property in Saint-André-du-Bois 60 km south of Bordeaux and renamed it Château Argadens in reference to the noble family which founded the estate in the thirteenth century. Château Argadens was one of the very first Bordeaux vineyards to be certified ISO 14001, in 2011, and obtained HVE 3 certification in 2014. Efforts to bring out the very best of an outstanding terroir have yielded a wine of greater complexity and depth than ever before. Unlike the red, the white wine is produced in only low quantities. Suitable for Vegan.
Pale yellow wine, green at the rim, displaying a crisp and powerful nose in which citrussy and floral aromas are subtly mingled with rose and passion fruit. The chewy, ample palate is underpinned by a hint of refreshing acidity. Harmonious, lingering finish. An elegant and balanced wine.
