An enjoyable and straightforward Pinot Noir. The wine is complex, structured and robust. A pure Pinot Noir that includes spice and berries following an initial note of black cherry.
Red cherry with crimson hues. Bright aromatic intensity with notes of ripe red cherry, plum, sage and thyme. A pure varietal expression on the palate with the medium weight red fruit balanced with acidity and fine tannins that have a delicious dry finish. Extremely supple and rich yet approachable.
We suggest decanting for at least 30 minutes to really get the flavours going.
This wine pairs well with most game, lamb and duck.
