Location: Puligny-Montrachet is one of the most prestigious appellations in the Côte de Beaune, Burgundy. It is renowned for producing some of the finest Chardonnays in the world. The vineyards are planted on well-drained, limestone-rich soils, which impart a distinct minerality and complexity to the wine. This terroir is ideal for growing Chardonnay, providing the perfect balance of nutrients and drainage. he vineyards are meticulously managed with a focus on environmentally friendly viticulture practices. This ensures the health and quality of the grapes, which is crucial for producing high-quality wines.

Manual Harvest: The grapes are carefully handpicked to ensure only the best fruit is selected. This attention to detail during harvest is crucial for maintaining the integrity of the grapes.

Gentle Pressing and Fermentation: The grapes undergo gentle pressing and fermentation in temperature-controlled vats. This process preserves the delicate aromas and flavors of the Chardonnay grapes.

Aging in Oak: The wine is aged in oak barrels, which adds subtle complexity without overwhelming the fruit. The oak aging process enhances the wine's texture and introduces elegant notes of vanilla and spice.

We recommend decanting the Puligny-Montrachet 30 minutes before serving. This allows the wine to breathe, helping to open up its bouquet and enhance its complexity.
