Their adventure begins in the heart of Sicily, precisely in Maniace, in the province of Catania, where our family has cultivated the art of bread making for generations.
In 2002, they decided to bring this legacy to Porretta Terme (BO), taking over the legendary Porcelli oven. Under the guidance of father Alessandro, they continued to innovate while keeping the values of tradition alive.
