Ready, but will keep

Initial flavours of currant and tobacco aromas give way to a more expressive core of bramble, tar, singed cedar and warm fig paste flavors. Shows a sleekness through the finish, with a racy blood note underneath that gives an interesting contrast and fantastic length. Exhibits plenty of structure and a wonderful sweetness, Strating to finally open up into a rich and textured wine with a persistent and cheeky character. The unusually large percentage of Petit Verdot gives the wine more structure allowing it to age for many years.

Cellar Potential:

Already marvellous now, but can hold it's charm for another 10 years. Drink between now and 2027
