Nikki and I would like to thank you for the unforgettable experience last week in Bordeaux. Everything, from the organisation, to the various visits, to the wonderful meals at Château Angludet and Château Palmer, was incredible. Mahir, thank you for all your patience with having to deal with our slow-moving Maltese in spite of the packed timetable and for having such thoughtful plans for us. James, we apologise for drinking all your 1962 cognac but in all honesty it was beyond our control. Thank you for two spectacular meals, it was a true privilege!

Unfortunately we are back home unsure as to whether we can survive the weekends without champagne and a bottle of Chateau Palmer 1990!
